Supplies Needed:
Tube of choice, I am using Serg Grafix found at SATC
Scrap kit is by Inzpired Creationz also found at SATC
Template 26 by SAMM found here

This kit is awesome, hard to find some really nice ones for back to school or anything to go with school tubes but right now SATC has an awesome deal where you get this kit and many more FREE when you spend $10 at the site (with all the awesome tubes this is easy to do)!!

Okay, onto the tut. Open the template, duplicate and close the original. Delete the copyright and resize the canvas 700 x 700. Flood fill Raster 1 with white.

Select layer circle, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.

Copy and paste a paper of choice as a new layer above the selected layer, position to your liking. Go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on the keyboard. Delete the template layer and apply a drop shadow.

Repeat the above steps for the remaining template layers.

Copy and paste the mask layer above the white background, position to your liking.

Copy and paste the circle word art as a new layer. Place above the mask layer.

Move the dotted lines down so they are just above the circle border.

Copy and paste the word art for the rectangle as a new layer. Place inside the bottom rectangle, duplicate and place in the top rectangle as well. Apply a drop shadow.

Select the top frame background. Go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat. Copy and paste the tube as a new layer. Place inside the frame to your liking. Go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on the keyboard. Repeat this for the remaining frame layers.

Open Buildings, resize by 60 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place inside the circle, apply a drop shadow. Make sure the building isn’t overlapping the frames on the right.

Open Bow 2, resize by 35 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer, place in the upper left hand corner of the frame. Apply a drop shadow.

Copy and paste the tube as a new layer, place on the left hand side of the frame. Resize if needed. Apply a drop shadow.

Open the Backpack, resize by 30 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place in front of the tube on the left hand side. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Pencil 3, resize by 80 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place in front of the tube and backpack. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Ribbon, resize by 60 percent, mirror. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place under the pencil. Apply a drop shadow.

Copy and paste the word art for the bottom of the tag. Place to your liking, I placed mine behind the pencil.

Add any copyrights and your name. Crop, resize if desired. Save as a PNG (close background first).
