Supplies Needed:

Tube of choice, I am using one of Elias Chatzoudis found at PTE

Scrap kit Starr Roller by Toxic Desirez

Penta.com - Dot and Cross and Jeans

Open a new image 600 x 250 with a white background.

Add a new layer above the white background, using two colors from the tube or kit make a gradient and flood fill this layer. Go to Penta.com - Jeans and apply on default settings.

Using the Selection tool draw out a small rectangle across the background. Add a new layer. Pick a paper of choice and flood fill this layer with the pattern. Apply a drop shadow or gradient glow.  Move this layer near the top of the tag, duplicate and place near the bottom.

Using the Selection tool again draw out a rectangle from the top to the bottom in the center of the tag. Add a new layer above the top strip, and flood fill with the gradient switching the two colors. Apply Penta.com - Dots and Cross using the default settings. Apply a drop shadow or gradient glow.

Select the Preset Shape tool, using the rectangle setting draw out a rectangle in the center of the tag, see my tag for size. Convert to Raster layer and apply a drop shadow.

Once again using the Selection tool draw out a rectangle across the center of the tag. This should be between the two “lines”. see my tag for placement if needed. Add a new layer and flood fill this layer with a color of choice. Apply a drop shadow.

Using a font of choice type out Sk8ter babe inside the strip in the center of the tag. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate two times and place across the strip.

Open Star 2, resize by 15 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place on the upper left hand corner. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate, mirror and place on the right hand side.

To add a frame select a color or gradient. 

Select the white background layer, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat. Go to Modify - Select Selections Borders and set at 5. Select None. Make sure this layer is at the top.

Repeat the above steps for the thin white frame layer only this time change the border setting to 7 and fill with black. Place this layer below the colored one.

Copy and paste the tube as a new layer, place to your liking and apply a drop shadow.

Add any copyright and your name. Save as a PNG (close white background layer first).
