Supplies Needed:
Tube of choice (full or half and close-up), I am using Zlata_M found at SATC
Scrap kit Sweet & Sassy by Inzpired Ceations, this is also found at SATC
Template 339 by Missy found here
My supplies (word art) here

Open the template, duplicate and close the original. Delete the copyright and the word art. Resize the canvas by 750 x 750. Flood fill the background layer with white.

Select the layer Square Shape, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.

Copy and paste a paper of choice above the selected layer. Position to your liking, go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on the keyboard. Delete the template layer and apply a drop shadow.

Repeat the above steps for the remaining template layers.

Select the background for the frame, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat. Copy and paste the half or full body tube as a new layer. Place in the first frame. Position to your liking, apply a drop shadow. Go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on the keyboard. Erase any of the tube showing in the frame beside it. Repeat this for the remaining frames.

Select the frame background for the frame on the left hand side in the center of the template. Go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat. Copy and paste the smaller tube as a new layer place on top of the background to your liking. Apply a drop shadow. Go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on the keyboard. Copy the tube, change Blend Mode on the top tube to Multiply, repeat this for the frame on the right.

Copy and paste the close-up as a new layer. Place in the center of the template, move this layer below the frame layers at the bottom of the template. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Halftone 1,2 and 3. Copy and paste all three as new layers. Place above the white background around the outside of the template. Position to your liking, apply a drop shadow to all layers if desired.

Open Ribbon 2, resize by 60 percent, flip. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place at the top behind the template on the left hand side, apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and move over to the right. Duplicate and place at the bottom to your liking.

Open Star 1, resize by 25 percent, rotate left 10 degrees. Copy and paste as a new layer, place overlapping the frame on the top left hand side. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and mirror, place on the right hand side in the same manner.

Open Sparkles 1, copy and paste as a new layer. Place on top of the tube and frame in the center of the template.

Open Flowers 3, resize by 30 percent, mirror and flip. Place on the left hand side on top of the circle. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and mirror and do the same for the right hand side. See my tag if needed.

Copy and paste the word art Sweet & Sassy, place at the bottom below the frame.

Copy and paste the word art sweet sassy. Paste with the word sassy in the little rectangle on the left hand side. They should all line up.

Add any copyrights and your name. Crop, resize if desired. Save as a PNG (close background first).
