Supplies Needed:
Tube of choice, full,
half, and close-up, I am using Keith Garvey purchased from PTE (since closed).

Scrap Kit: Starr Roller by

Template: EI_Template 37
by Pooker (look on the right for the link)
Xero - Porcelain and Soft
Mood
Open
the template, duplicate and close the original. Delete the copyright. Resize
canvas by 700x700. Add a new layer, move to the bottom. Flood fill with white.
Open a paper of choice,
select back white strip, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat. Copy
and paste the paper above this layer, go to Selections - Invert and hit delete
on the keyboard. Go to Selections - Select None.
Repeat the above steps for
the remaining template layers.
Open the word art, copy
and paste as a new layer. Place on top of the large circle. See my tag for
reference if needed.
Select the outer paper of
the large circle in the center of the template, this was the layer Glitter Circle Glitter Circle
Select the small circle
paper layer in the upper left hand corner. Go to Selections - Select All -
Float - Defloat. Copy and paste the half tube as a new layer. Resize if needed.
Position inside the circle to your liking, go to Selections - Invert and hit
delete on the keyboard. Apply the plugin Xero to the tube. You can use any
plugin you like.
Repeat the above steps for
the small circle in the right lower corner.
Apply a drop shadow to all
background layers.
Open Sparkles, resize by
60 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place inside the small square just
below the small circle on the left hand side. Select the square background, go
to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat. Select the sparkle layer, go to Selections
- Invert. Hit delete on the keyboard.
Using a font of choice,
type a saying or quote inside the long strip at the bottom of the template. I
used Roller Babe, but you can do your own.
Open Bow, resize by 25
percent, mirror. Copy and paste as a new layer. Position on the right hand side
of the strip you just added text to. Apply a drop shadow.
Open Star 1, and Star 2,
resize both by 30 percent. Rotate Star 1 left by 10 percent. Copy and paste as
a new layer. Place in the lower left hand corner of the small square. Apply a
drop shadow. Duplicate, mirror, place at the bottom on top of the strip. See my
tag for reference if needed. Copy and paste Star 2 as a new layer, place in the
upper right hand side of the small square. Apply a drop shadow.
Open Star Border, resize
by 80 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Position at the bottom right just
outside the template. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate, mirror and flip.
Copy and paste the full
tube as a new layer. Resize if needed. Position to your liking, I placed mine
near the center. Apply a drop shadow.
Add any copyrights and
your name.
Crop, resize if desired. Save as a PNG (close background layer first).
