Mask of choice

Plugin: Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

The awesome tube I am using is FREE, no purchase necessary! Go grab it!!!

(I used the background that is included with the tube for some of the layers of the template, you can do this or use papers only from the kit.

Open template, duplicate and close the original. Delete copyright, and 2013 word art. Open raster 1 to show the background. Resize all layers by 90%. Resize the canvas by 700 x 700.

Open a paper of choice, select Circle 1, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat. Copy and paste the paper above this layer, go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on the keyboard. Go to Selections - Select None.

Repeat this for all remaining layers.

I used Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow for some of the template layers, this is totally up to you.

Apply a drop shadow to all template layers.

Copy and paste the tube as a new layer, resize to your liking and position near the center. Apply a drop shadow.

Copy and paste my 2017 word art, Position in the center of the template above the tube layer. Go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat. Copy and paste the paper above this layer, go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on the keyboard. Go to Selections - Select None. I added a Gradient Glow to the word art also.

Open Champaign Glasses, resize by 40%. Copy and paste as a new layer, place in front of the tube between the 0 and 1. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Silver Bulb, resize by 30%. Copy and paste as a new layer, place on the right hand side of the glasses. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Gold Bulb, resize by 25%. Copy and paste as a new layer, place in front of the silver bulb overlapping the left side. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Gold Party Hat, resize by 30%. Copy and paste as a new layer, place below the 2 near the bottom of the template. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Gold Ribbon, resize by 80%. Copy and paste as a new layer, place to the left of the number 2. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and place in the upper right hand corner of the square.

Open Firework 3, resize by 80%. Copy and paste as a new layer, position on the left hand side beside the ribbon. Move this layer below the ribbon layer. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate, position on the top right hand side. Place on the left hand side of the gold ribbon.

Open Sparkles, copy and paste as a new layer. Place to your liking, I placed mine over the middle template layer. You can duplicate as many times as you like.

Open Silver Confetti, copy and paste as a new layer. Place to your liking, I placed mine so that there was some under the party hat. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and place on the right hand side as well.

Open Firework 4, resize 40%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place at the left hand side behind the gold stars. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate if you like as place to your liking.

Copy and paste a paper of choice above the white background. Apply the mask to this layer. Delete the mask layer and merge group

Add any copyrights and your name. Crop, resize if desired. Save as a PNG (close background first).
