Supplies Needed:
Scrap kit April Showers by Melissaz Creationz found here
Tube of choice, I used one by Jennifer Janesko found here
Mask if desired

Open a new image 700x700, flood fill with white.

Open E06 (frame), duplicate, and close the original. Resize frame 80%. Copy and paste as a new layer.

Choose a paper of choice, place below the frame layer.

Select the Magic Wand, choose the frame layer and click inside the frame. Go to Selections - Modify - Expand by 5. Choose the paper layer, go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on the keyboard.

Open E25 (flowers), duplicate, and close the original. Resize by 80%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place above the paper in the frame. Erase any of the flowers that are out past the frame. Apply a drop shadow.

Open E29, (flower ring), duplicate, and close the original. Resize by 60%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place over top the frame on the right side. Apply a drop shadow.

Open E29, (butterflies), duplicate, and close the original. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place in the bottom right corner. Apply a drop shadow.

If using a mask open a paper of choice, copy and paste above the white background layer. Apply the mask to this layer. Delete the mask layer and merge group.

Resize all layers by 90%.

Add any copyrights and your name. Crop, resize if desired. Save as a PNG (close background first).
