Mask of choice

Open a new image 700 x 700 with a white background. We will crop later.

Select the Rectangle tool, draw out a rectangle with the background null (none) and the foreground set at 20-25 for the width. Go to Objects - Align - Center in Canvas. Change the layer to Raster layer.

Go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.

Open a paper of choice, resize around 12-15 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer above the rectangle layer. Position to your liking, once you're happy go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on your key board. Delete the template layer. Apply a drop shadow.

Duplicate the frame layer, move this layer below the original frame, still on the duplicated frame go to Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur - Radius 3.00. You can also add a drop shadow to both frame layers.

Open a paper of choice for your frame background. Resize by 20 percent and copy and paste as a new layer below the bottom frame. Select the Selection Tool and draw out a rectangle on the top frame staying in the middle. Once you have this drawn out go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on your key board.

Open element 2 and resize by 20 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer below the frame background. Place on the left hand side. Duplicate, flip and mirror.

Copy and paste your tube inside the top frame. Erase any of the tube that is out past the bottom of the frame. Once you have your tube how you want it duplicate, go to Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur - Radius 3.00. You can also add a drop shadow to both of the tube layers.

Open element 19 and resize by 15 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer at the bottom of the frame. Apply a drop shadow.

Open element 1 and resize by 12 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer on the left side inside the frame. Apply a drop shadow.

Open element 12a and resize by 25 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer on top of the ribbon at the botton of the frame. Overlap the flowers a little bit on top of the heart. Apply a drop shadow.

Open element 26 and resize by 15 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer, place on top of the frame on the left hand side. Apply a drop shadow.

Open element 28 and resize by 15 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer, place in the upper left corner of the frame.

Open element 10 and resize by 15 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer, place across from the white flowers on top of the ribbon at the bottom of the frame. Apply a drop shadow.

Open element 54 and resize by 12 percent, apply a mask to this layer. Copy and paste as a new layer on top of the ribbon at the bottom of the frame. Erase any of the wire you dont like, I remove it from the heart itself, apply a drop shadow.

Open element 21 and resize by 20 percent, go to Image - Free Rotate and rotate right 10 degrees. Copy and paste as a new layer, placing right above the red flowers. Apply a drop shadow.

Open element 40 and resize by 12 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. You can place this wherever you like, I placed mine at the top of the frame on the right side. Apply a small drop shadow.

Open element 20 and resize by 20 percent. Go to Image - Rotate left. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place the ribbon inside the frame below the frame layer on the right hand side, erase any of the ribbon you dont like. Apply a drop shadow.

Open a paper of choice, resize by 700 x 700, copy and paste above the white background layer. Apply the mask to this layer. Delete the mask layer and merge group. Resize if needed.

Add any copyrights and your name.

Crop, resize if desired.

Save as a PNG.
