Mask of choice

Open the template, duplicate, close the original. Resize all layers by 120 percent, delete the copyrights.

Go to Image - Canvas and resize by 700 x 700. We will crop later.

Select the large circle layer, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.

Open a paper of choice and paste as a new layer above the circle layer. Position or resize to your liking, once your happy go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on your key board. Apply a drop shadow or gradient glow. Delete the template layer.

Continue to do this for the remaining circles. For the large middle circle I used the black glitter ribbon as a pattern fill.

Open Wire 1, paste as a new layer. Resize using the Pick tool or going to Image - Resize. Also if you want something a little different you can apply a mask to this layer to resize and give it a different look. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Moon 1 and resize by 30 percent. Paste as a new layer in the upper left corner of the large circle. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Stars Glow 2, resize by 60 percent. Paste as a new layer on top of the large circle. Move this layer below the moon.

Open Stars 1, paste as a new layer around the moon. Move this layer below the moon layer and above the star glow layer. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and position above the moon and in the left hand corner. See my tag for reference. If needed you can take your Selection tool and select stars that you would like to place somewhere else.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer, resize if needed. Move above the large circle and below the little circles, the smaller circles should be on top of the tube. Apply a drop shadow.

Select a few of the stars, copy and paste them as a new layer on the top right of your tube. See my tag for reference if needed.

Open Metal Plate 1 and resize by 50 percent. Position on top of the smaller circles. Apply a drop shadow.

Copy and paste the screw as anew layer. Position on top of the metal plate at the one side. This will give it the look of being fastened to the tag. Duplicate and place on the other side.

Open Ribbon 1, resize by 40 percent. Paste as a new layer, position at the bottom of the metal plate. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate, flip and position at the top of the metal plate. Make sure these two layers are below the metal plate layer. Duplicate again and this time go to Image - Rotate right. Place on the outside of the large circle on the right hand side of the tag. Play around a little with the ribbon. Erase parts to make it look wrapped around the wire.

Repeat above for Ribbon 3.

Copy and paste the staple, position on top of the ribbon, you can play around with this placing wherever you like and as many as you like.

Open Gem 2 and resize by 30 percent. Paste as a new layer on on the left side of the plate on top of the ribbon. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and place on the right side of the plate.

Open Butterfly 1 and Butterfly 2, resize both by 20 percent. Paste as new layers wherever you like, you can use my tag as a reference if you want to do the same. Apply a drop shadow to both layers. Duplicate as many as you like.

Copy and paste a paper of choice, resize if desired. Move this layer above the white background layer. Apply your mask to this layer. Delete the mask layer and merge group. Resize if needed.

Add any copyrights.

Add your name.

Crop, resize if desired.

Save as a PNG.

Your all finished, I hope you have enjoyed using one of my tuts. I would love to see what you have created.
