Supplies Needed:
Tube of choice, I am using one of Joahannah Von Frankenstein found at ART
Scrap kit Her Forbidden Treasure by Jackie’s Jewels also found at ART
My supplies (frame) here

Open a new image 700 x 700 with a white background.

Copy and paste the frame included in my supplies as a new layer. Using the Magic Wand click inside the frame. Go to Selections - Modify - Expand by 10.

Copy and paste a paper of choice below the frame layer, position and resize to your liking, go to Selections - Invert and hit delete on the keyboard. Do NOT Deselect….

Open Wave, copy and paste about in the center of the background inside the frame. Once happy with the placing hit delete on the keyboard. Do NOT Deselect….

Open Stone Wall 2, copy and paste as a new layer, placing near the bottom inside the frame. Hit delete on the keyboard. Deselect and apply a drop shadow.

Open Palm Tree, duplicate, resize one by 60 percent. Copy and paste the smaller tree as a new layer. Place on the left hand side inside the frame. Erase any of the leaves and trunk outside the frame, apply a drop shadow. Copy and paste the large palm tree, mirror and place on the right hand side near the top inside the frame. Erase any of the tree out past the frame. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Parrot, resize 60 percent, copy and paste as a new layer, place at the top left on top of the frame. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Ship, resize by 10 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place inside the frame on top of the “water”. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and place to your liking.

Copy and paste the tube as a new layer, place inside the frame. Resize if needed, apply a drop shadow. Reposition the ships if needed.

Open Leaves 1, resize by 60 percent, copy and paste as a new layer. Place on the bottom left hand side, apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and mirror. Reposition if needed.

Open Grass, copy and paste as a new layer, place among the leaves, duplicate as many as you like.

Open Grass Bade 1, resize by 60 percent, copy and paste as a new layer, place among the leaves and grass at the bottom of the tag, apply a drop shadow. Duplicate as many times as you like.

Open Anchor 1, resize by 40 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer at the bottom left hand corner. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Skull, duplicate. Resize one by 40 percent and the other by 30 percent. Copy and paste the larger skull as a new layer. Place on the right hand side below the leaves. Apply a drop shadow. Copy and paste the smaller skull as a new layer. Place in front of the anchor. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Driftwood and resize by 60 percent, copy and paste as a new layer. Place in front of the leaves at the bottom of the tag. Apply a drop shadow. I moved this layer below the small skull.

Open Flowers 4, resize by 20 percent, copy and paste as a new layer. Place on top of the frame to your liking. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate as many times as you like.

Open Flower 2, resize by 10 percent, copy and paste as a new layer, place on top of the green leaves around the frame. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate as many as you like.

Open Flower 1, resize by 10 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place at the bottom of the tag on top of the leaves. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate as many times as you like.

Open Flowers 3, resize by 15 percent, copy and paste as a new layer. Place at the bottom of the tag adding them to the pink flowers, apply a drop shadow. Duplicate as many times as you like.

Add any copyrights and your name. Crop, resize if desired. Save as a PNG (close background first).
