Supplies Needed:
Tube of choice, I am using one by Zlata_M found at PFD
Scrap kit EMOtudinal Problem by Killer Kitty
Template 1 by Pooker
Mask of choice

Open template, duplicate and close the original. Delete the copyright.

Select the layer Rectangle 1, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.

Copy and paste a paper of choice above the selected layer. Position to your liking, go back to Selections - Invert and hit delete on the keyboard. Delete the template layer.

Repeat the above steps for the remaining template layers.

Select the small top circle on the left hand side. Copy and paste the tube as a new layer, apply a drop shadow. Position to your liking, select the small circle again, go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat. Select the tube, go back to Selections - Invert and hit delete on the keyboard. Change the Blend Mode to Luminance (L).

Repeat the above steps for the lower circle on the right hand side.

Apply a drop shadow to all layers.

Copy and paste the tube as a new layer, position to your liking in the center of the large circle, resize if needed. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Emo Kitty 2, resize by 40 percent, copy and paste as a new layer. Place at the bottom right of the large circle. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Beaded Alpha, resize by 80 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place at the bottom of the template. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Brad 2, resize by 20 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place on the left hand side overlapping the small circles. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and place in the same matter on the right hand side.

Open Fire 4, resize by 40 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place behind the top small circle on the left hand side. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and place on the right hand. See my tag for placement.

Open Paper Flower 1, resize by 30 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place below the frame at the bottom left side. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and place at the top right hand side.

Open Paper Flower 2, resize by 15 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer. Place overlapping the left side of the brad on the left hand side. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and place on the right hand side of the brad on the right hand side.

Open Glitter Star 4, resize by 25 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer, place at the top left overlapping the frame. Apply a drop shadow.

Open Glitter Star 3, resize by 20 percent. Copy and paste as a new layer, place overlapping the left hand side of the star we just added. Apply a drop shadow. Duplicate and place at the bottom right on top of the strip.

Add any copyrights and your name. Crop, resize if desired. Save as a PNG (close background first).
